Chief Estimator


Commercial Construction Estimator position open in Central FL.

Your new role


As Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for all bids and team estimating. You will be a company leader interacting with all aspects of company focus and projects. Estimators on the team will be responsible for the project costing, negotiation with vendors, take-offs and budgets.
You will work with the pre-construction team to create successful bids, and you will then communicate with other operational team leaders, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.


What you will need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working as a Senior/Chief Estimator


• Ground up construction experience required


• Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results


• Strong communication skills
