Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented APM to join our dynamic team.


In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with overseeing construction projects, representing our company on-site, and acting as a vital link between the client and our construction team.


Key Responsibilities:


Monitor project progress and provide recommendations.
Assist in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance.
Promote a strong safety culture.
Support site supervision and resource management.
Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Construction/Project Management.
Familiarity with civil construction processes and standards.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.


The position is based in Northern New Jersey only.
