    Job Description:

    The company seeks a meticulous Estimator with a background in construction estimating and a history of accurately preparing cost estimates. This role involves analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
    • Develop and maintain project budgets.
    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information.
    • Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to ensure budget compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Provide regular cost updates to stakeholders.
    • Assist in resolving any cost-related issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
