We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Commercial Superintendent to oversee a multi-building site project featuring a mix of tilt wall buildings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and extensive knowledge in core and shell building components. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the construction process for a multi-building site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of core and shell building components, with a focus on tilt wall construction.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
OSHA certification is preferred.
