We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in K-12 and municipal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all trades within commercial construction and a proven track record of impressive tenure in previous roles. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on K-12 and municipal projects.
Extensive knowledge of all trades within commercial construction.
Proven track record of successful project management and impressive tenure in previous roles.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
Benefits:
Competitive salary within the range of $85,000 - $120,000.
