Your new company
Our client is a well-respected and established GC/ CM who specialize in corporate interiors, retail and specialty interiors projects, including restaurants and hotels. Having grown steadily at 5 - 10% each year for the last two decades, they are looking for an experienced Superintendent to assist with ongoing interiors projects, 90% of which are from repeat clients. With a staff of 60 and an average annual revenue of $200m+, our client is a solid and established market leader.
Your new role
Working closely with either the Project Executive or Senior Project Manager your role will be to plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel in addition to ensuring that work is completed on time and to budget.
You will develop and maintain relationships with architects, owners, vendors and subcontractors in addition to managing budgets and financial reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
We are interested in hearing from Senior Superintendents who have at least 10 years' experience in managing interior construction projects in New York City. A college degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related discipline is highly desired, as is the ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
