Your new role
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Budget Management: Help prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs stay within the allocated budget.
- Coordination and Communication: Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
What you'll need to succeed
- On-Site Experience: 3-5 years of on-site experience working on residential wood frame projects as part of a general contractor.
- Project Management Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction-related software such as Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Budget and Cost Management: Experience in managing project budgets, including cost forecasting, progress claims, and invoice reviews.
