Your new role
Managing the construction and activities associated with the field operations of the project.
Responsible for reviewing plans, construction scheduling and project planning during the preconstruction phase all the way through completion of the project.
Consistently communicate with subcontractors and employees regarding scheduling, safety, quality, performance standards and construction methods.
Collaboration with a fun and energetic team to deliver client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in both remodeling and new residential construction is highly preferred.
Minimum two years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, efficient time management skills and logical decision-making ability.
