Our client is a general contracting firm located in Virginia. They specialize in commercial construction, renovations, historic restoration, and multifamily residential projects in DC, MD, and VA. They're looking for a Superintendent to join their team to manage multifamily projects across DC, MD, or VA.



Your new role


As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage schedules, resources, and quality control. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.



What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field is preferred


• 5+ years in the construction industry (multifamily preferred)


• 2+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent


• OSHA 30 and First Aid Certified
