Your new role



As a Superintendent, you will be at the helm of the construction projects, overseeing every phase from planning to completion. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.



What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the gov/federal sector is preferred


• Experience with SCIF work is preferred


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A commitment to safety and quality
