Responsible for driving and evolving the overall program strategy, managing, delivering, evolving, and rationalizing a roadmap of benefits and enhancements, and ensuring sound program rules, structure, and competitiveness. Also responsible for working with operations to ensure on-property member recognition and benefits delivery. Will manage loyalty partnerships - development, launch, and ongoing management. Will manage the Sonesta Credit Card program. Key measures of success in this role will be an increase in member engagement, reduction in CPP, increase in satisfaction scores, improved blogger and industry program ratings, new partnerships and partner engagement, increased room nights and a balanced budget.

Program expansion - meeting planner; cruise; kids ; lifetime
Member b enefit enhancements - e.g., cash & points; dynamic pricing ; food & beverage earn and redeem ; status gifting, etc.
Benefit delivery, consistency, and communication , measurement; optimization; rationalization
Redemption policies, hotel tiers, reimbursement policy, TCs and Cs, p rogram guide lines,
Partnerships - d evelop and activate new loyalty partnerships; manage, market, and determine impact of existing ones
Manage Credit Card program - including marketing, value proposition, partner management
Develop/manage gift card platform/partnership; other redemption programs (excl. experiences)
STP digital journeys and measurement
Manage relationships with merchant networks; determine optimal marketing dollar spend
Competitive monitoring; program recognition and reputation management
Manage key internal relationships such as customer engagement center and franchise HQ team.

Pay Range
MBA in a business field preferred
7+ years progressive experience preferred
Travel and/or loyalty experience preferred

Up to 144k - 176k base pay. Bonus eligible. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience.
