This team is responsible for all things member including; acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, insights, lifecycle programs, and holistic communications to maximize acquisition, awareness and engagement. Key measures of success in this role will be achievement of enrollment conversion rates, enrollments, activation and retention rates, increase in member engagement, member revenue, reduced CPP, increase in member satisfaction, and increased room nights.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Manage acquisitions - goal setting, sell-in, management, value story, educational tools, champions program, incentives, partner programs, property and leadership communications
Manage holistic communication plan for Travel Pass through all channels and outlets, both internal and external , working closely with marketing team
Manage and execute ongoing engagement programs for Travel Pass members including promotion s , targeted offers to drive key behaviors, recurring monthly, quarterly, and year-end communications, member appreciation months, and lifecycle marketing programs
Key liaison with marketing team to ensure awareness and campaign development to support all programs
Conceive/manage/optimize lifecycle programs including onboarding, early engagement, re-engagement, recognition (e.g., anniversary, birthday, achievement)
Develop and execute targeted promotions to drive business and loyalty engagement including taste of promotions, targeted programs, and gifting/recognition for high value members
Elevate the value and importance of top tier members and engage hotels in programs throughout the year to energize them around elite member appreciation
Manage member insight programs to uncover opportunities to more deeply engage members and drive business
Develop and manage branded experiences program/platform to increase member engagement; create loyalty experiences as part of brand partnerships to support member engagement

Qualifications and Skills
MBA in a business field preferred
7+ years progressive experience preferred
Travel and/or loyalty experience preferred
Strong marketer, strategic thinker, and customer advocate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, story tell, and influence stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ; self-starter
A penchant for driving results and measuring impact
Strong people leader, coach, mentor
Interest in travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Up to 144k - 176k base pay. Bonus eligible. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience.
