Education: MA or PhD in Social Science (eg. psychological, social psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc).
5+ years experience as a UX Researcher for software products
5+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research methods (eg., interviews, diary studies, usability studies, surveys).
Log data analysis experience
SQL/Python
Survey design expertise
Experience with Dscout, UserTesting
Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research (eg. interviews, diary studies)
Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research (eg. surveys)
Collaborate with design, PM, data science, and engineering stakeholders to direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in support of the launch of a new product.
