Job Details:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
- Expertise with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing processes.
- Experience in collaborating with QA teams to define testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality metrics are established.
- Implemented and optimized testing processes and methodologies, including automated and manual testing practices.
