This position requires self-motivation with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and the strength to cultivate new and existing relationships through trust, differentiation, and customer service. Through a consultative sales approach, you will offer services and recommendations that meets the needs of your customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create new account opportunities through your sales and networking efforts.
Prospect potential customers through persistent contact efforts through phone calls, emails, and in person follow ups
Maintains current and accurate records of prospect contacts
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Conducts sales presentations with prospects resulting in contracts.
Prepare quotes and bid sheets and develop contract proposals.
Close sales orders and distribute necessary closing documents to assigned personnel.
Education of product knowledge, Energy industry topics, market, and competitive data.
Track and report on the status of proposal components
Prepare and submit sales record keeping including Weekly Sales Scorecard, Daily Reports, and maintain updated CRM System Activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
1-3 years of experience working in Sales / Customer Service/ Direct Sales industry
Experience with Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
Availability to work 40+ hours weekly as a full-time outside salesman
Submit to a pre-employment background check.
Available to travel up to100%
