Job Title: Payroll Systems Manager
Role Overview: As a Payroll Systems Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our payroll systems. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing system upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle/ERP systems and reporting tools to optimize our payroll processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct system maintenance and assist in the review, testing, and implementation of payroll systems, including Oracle/ERP systems and Kronos.
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes.
Maintain and document payroll system tables and processes.
Independently configure and manage multiple Oracle modules, presenting logical solutions to supervisors and stakeholders.
Analyze the impact of system changes comprehensively and develop strategies to ensure seamless integration.
Create complex reports and queries using Oracle reporting tools, catering to ongoing customer needs.
Design and build scorecards and dashboards that visually and concisely present data.
Ensure data integrity by running queries and analyzing system data.
Provide production support, resolving system issues, and recommending solutions to meet business requirements.
Lead projects and process improvements, applying change management expertise to achieve new quality standards.
Integrate software/systems to create a highly automated payroll process.
Conduct audits on payroll processes and data, ensuring actions align with facts and constraints.
Stay current with Oracle technologies, attending seminars and training to maintain expertise.
Drive process and customer service improvements, securing approvals for innovative solutions.
Develop and conduct training for clients and new system users on processes and functionality.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary range of $106,600 - $133,200 annually.
Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in configuring and developing Oracle systems.
Proficiency in Oracle Payroll modules, including Time and Labor.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
Strong SQL and fast formula skills.
Solid understanding of data/system design principles and quantitative/qualitative measurement.
Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with programming languages and PL/SQL is advantageous.
Excellent project and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and familiarity with financial software tools and project management tools.
