Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.Assists the manager in all daily activities associated with the financial assistance. Responsible for reviewing submitted applications, calculating the patient's family income, determining eligibility for financial assistance on patient accounts in compliance with State laws and internal policies. Additionally responsible updating the patient accounts in Epic, sending communications to the patients, and making phone calls as needed.
