This role will be responsible for driving the timelines and necessary planning activities, manage the scheduling, task assignments, and act as the focal point for communications involving all events. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing, events, and regions to determine communication goals and objectives for each event, suggest appropriate tactics to support these goals, measure, and report on the success of each event. The Global Tradeshow Manager reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Marketing Communications. The position will be based in Issaquah, WA, remote candidates will be considered.

Your Role:



  • Working with the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team, lead the execution of events related content and sponsorship advertising from concept to implementation.

  • Working in collaboration with the Strategic Tradeshow Lead on creating and managing project timelines; ensure deliverables and milestones are met and act as the primary point of contact for assigned events.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all deliverables to effectively represent the company's brand and solutions to customers, prospects, employees, partners, and media.

  • Manage timely communications to internal customers and stakeholders throughout all phases of the event programs.

  • Manage suppliers and other contributors on assigned deliverables and programs - on schedule and within budget.

  • Partner with Sales, Business Development and Product Marketing to ensure events and supporting assets are in line with business goals.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products.

  • Provide on-site support during internal and external events, managing room blocks and catering orders. On-site duties include ensuring proper set-up, take-down and signage, registration coordination, AV testing, speaker management, time management, etc.

  • Partner with extended MarCom team to create pre-and post-event awareness communications using marketing automation tools, website, etc.

  • Collaborate with extended MarCom team to analyze, track and report event KPIs including Marketing Engaged Leads, Trials, and Attendee demographics, tools & technologies.

  • Consistently drive process improvement, streamlining and optimizing the event planning and evaluation process.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams, including product experts, procurement, finance, marketing operations, technical services, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.


Your Expertise:



  • Proven strength in managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to think strategically, possess a strong record of execution, and a desire to make a difference in healthcare.

  • Experience with cross-functional indirect team leadership.

  • Experience with vendor and partner management.

  • Skilled in operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal tools.

  • Experience in event/congress management.


Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:



  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience within tradeshow/event management, marketing communications, or communications.

  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Possess strong project management skills.

  • Proven creative, innovative, and strategic thinker.

  • Collaborative team player.

  • Effective and engaging writer and storyteller with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to travel 15% - 25% of the time and international, required.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
