Basic Job Functions:
Perform administrative duties at a basic operational level to support functions necessary for the operation of the Facility
Must adhere to Nucor's safety programs and standards.
Demonstrate conduct consistently with Nucor's vision and values
Answering phones and general office administration functions.
Communicate/distribute all pertinent Nucor information to location Teammates.
Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to Nucor business and Teammate information
Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Receive/sorting daily mail
Assist office security
Update calendars/meeting rooms, order office supplies and keep inventory stocked
Develop exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors.
Prepare Teammate badges and record necessary paperwork.
Assisting the sales department in preparing for Customer visits and tours
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers and other electronic equipment
Lifting/handling computers and related equipment and office supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation
Experience working in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Two-year degree from an accredited school or college
Prior experience in office setting
