In this role, you will:
Working closely with Research and laboratory staff, ensure assigned studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory and protocol requirements, to ensure the integrity of the study.
Act as a resource for sites/clients by answering questions or concerns and by communicating any potential issues. Assist in taking appropriate action in response to these issues, ensuring that client requirements and timelines are always met or exceeded.
Maintain database of assigned studies.
Log, label, and organize clinical trial samples.
Prepare clinical trial samples for test analysis.
Manage study supplies as needed, including collection kit preparation and shipping preparations.
Support filing and quality control reviews as needed.
Be familiar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Protection of Human Subjects regulations (21 CFR Part 50), and Institutional Review Board regulations (21 CFR Part 56).
Ensure strict adherence to research protocols.
Adhere to all quality control/quality assurance policies as outlined in study protocols. Document all quality control activities.
Ensure adherence to deadlines and timely completion of projects.
Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
All you need is:
Bachelor's degree in life science, management, or related subject field.
Experience in an anatomic or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills and keen attention to details.
Must be able to prioritize and manage projects to ensure completion by time requirements.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Bonus points if you've got:
1 - 2 years of related experience in clinical laboratory, data entry, or production
