Location: Elkridge, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$20/hourly based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product-related questions.
Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience, while gathering and relaying customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
