Responsibilities and Duties
Management and Scheduling software efficiently and accurately.
Communicate details effectively across customers, Technicians leadership, and administrative staff.
Proactively manage appointment changes, cancellations, and reschedulings, minimizing disruptions and optimizing production.
Collaborate effectively across departments and staff to maintain strict attention to detail and follow established procedures.
Provide administrative support to Technicians, including answering scheduling-related questions.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Run accurate and timely departmental reports, which require basic computational skills.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and calm.
Demonstrate kindness, courtesy, and patience in all interactions, even in challenging situations.
Answer emails and other written communication in a timely manner
Accurately inputting client information into the company database
Adhering to and implementing company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Excellent written/verbal communication
Excellent organization and planning
Exceptional project and personnel management skills
CRM experience is a plus
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Spanish and English fluency required
1-2 years of experience
