Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing positions, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening.
Participate in recruiting events, including organizing, preparing, and attending job fairs and campus recruiting events.
Support company training programs, including New Employee Orientation, Harassment Prevention, Ethics, Diversity Awareness, and other HR-related training.
Maintain confidential employee and applicant information utilizing Workday.
Organize and participate in various employee events, such as employee roundtables, new hire luncheons, retirement celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Conduct research and provide assistance for various HR and Benefits-related projects.
Help create and implement company and HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Provide support to employees by answering questions and addressing employee issues.
Support the delivery of employee training programs on HR topics.
Conduct exit interviews to understand employees' reasons for leaving and help optimize retention strategies.
Support the performance review process to ensure timely completion and partner with Supervisors.
Support the open enrollment process by conducting employee meetings and assisting with their benefit elections.
Filing as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Workday experience helpful.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
Availability to work 15- 20 hours per week during the school year and 30-40 hours during the summer.
Proficiency in employee relations and understanding of organizational operations.
