Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field such as engineering, materials science, or biotechnology.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record in product development and engineering.
Expertise in scaling processes from concept to production.
Strong grasp of product design and development processes.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Project management expertise, including time management and resource optimization.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
College degree in engineering or a related field.
Advanced degree and/or 8+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in product development within the industry.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.
