As a Managing Director, you'll help steer the company. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work and while inspiring, leading, sponsoring and developing your team. What You'll Do
Lead and Develop Teams
Set the vision for and lead the direction of the Data & Technology team for the Atlanta market. You will keep an eye on major trends and disruptions within technology and be able to identify and advise clients on opportunities created by those disruptions
Mature our Data & Technology community, develop our experts and industry offerings, and share our stories.
Support team member development through coaching and mentoring, career management, project staffing and help support recruiting and onboarding activities.
Drive change through empathy and understanding of individuals and teams within Slalom.
Deliver Exceptionally
Advise clients on business and technology transformations, working with senior business and functional leaders to understand key business drivers, define strategic needs, and develop future business and technology capabilities leveraging industry best practices. Create and maintain authentic trusted relationships with our most senior clients.
Ensure the interconnections between business processes, technology, data, and people work together to drive performance throughout the enterprise.
Accountable for P&L, establishing go to market strategies, driving sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational aspects.
Contribute to client delivery by managing project delivery quality assurance, engagement risk, and project economics
Grow Slalom
Serve as a leader within our Global Data & Technology community and steward of Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people
Drive connections and strategy with our Global Partners to best serve our clients together.
Generate and contribute to business development and solutioning conversations through multiple Slalom markets, clients, alliance partnerships, and marketing efforts
Partner with client account leaders to develop growth plans and drive accountability to achieve outcomes.
Be a key Atlanta senior leadership team member providing management of overall market operations.
Responsible for the profitability of the Data & Technology business within the Atlanta market (revenue and utilization).
Maintain a strong network in the marketplace to promote the Slalom brand.
Enhance the Company's culture and exemplify our shared values on a day-to-day basis.
Grow Your Expertise
Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Data & Technology service offerings
Maintain a continuous learner mindset and promote a culture of learning across the Atlanta office
Partner with General Manager, Global Teams, experts in local markets, and technology partners to create unified data and technology offerings and go-to-market strategies

Extensive technology background with expertise in technology, strategy, and delivery leadership.
Highly regarded trusted advisor and strategic partner for executive level clients
Prior management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
A unique perspective on the ever-changing technology landscape and a forward-looking mentality
Prior experience as an effective people leader
Experience driving sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets
Curious and humble mindset with a continuous learner approach to growth
Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.
Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity.
