Job Summary:
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager for Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and financial performance of all the enterprise ambulatory surgery centers. This role ensures that revenue is optimized, financial goals are met, and business operations run smoothly. This position will collaborate, coordinate as well as validate information with finance, contracting and other regulatory determinants that may affect the financial viability and business growth of the ASCs, and ensure the best financial outcomes for sites and its patients. Duties include physician and ASC leadership interaction, working knowledge of ASC contracting and regulatory compliance regarding billing insurance documentation, etc. Skilled at developing proformas for new/existing ASC-appropriate clinical surgical specialties.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting; experience in an ASC environment preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, healthcare administration, or other related field is required.
Excel, data analysis skills are required.
