We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to support the equipment located at primary Daniels Health site, as well as support assigned regional locations. The candidate will be required to service and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, including Daniels robotic washlines, autoclaves, Boilers and various other facility equipment to support the site operations. The role includes travel and on occasion short notice support to regional sites where emergency maintenance is required. The candidate shall have a strong background in maintenance of production equipment, boilers, autoclaves and knowledge of the working operations of a medical waste processing center.
What You Will Do?
Daily maintenance of equipment
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs
Communicating with the Service and Engineering team to arrange spare parts, travel schedules and support
Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades as necessary while adhering to timeline and budget
Interface with cross functional work teams such as plant operations, global operations, and suppliers
Communicating with Plant Managers to arrange downtime to complete maintenance activities
Reports each week of tasks completed & still to be completed.
Remote service assistance to plants with issues, get them back in production as quickly as possible.

Maintain Washsmart inventory at each Daniels location in conjunction with individual plant management to ensure plants are stocked effectively
Requirements
Mechanical, experience in mechanical assemblies and production equipment
Welding, experience with basic repair work
Electrical, ability to identify and repair electrical issues and communicate fault conditions
PLC, ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machines, with telephone support
$75,000 - $75,000 a year
