Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Legal Assistant! This is a full time, permanent position, 40-hour work week, WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation!
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
At minimum 3+ years of Litigation experience out of a PI/MedMal Law Firm
eFiling for state and federal courts
Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
Case Management on complex litigation cases in several states
Summarizing and analyzing medical records
Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
The firm emphasizes on work life balance, have WFH flexibility and Salaries are based on experience ($60K-$70K)!
