GDH Consulting is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analyst Applications to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand and document comprehensive business requirements, as well as participation in all phases of the systems development lifecycle, with a focus on Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to configure and customize software packages to meet the evolving needs of our business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
Participate in all phases of the systems development lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodologies for project execution and optimization.
Configure and customize software packages (e.g., SAP HANA, AWS S3, Tableau, GCP) to meet business needs.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, ensuring software quality through unit, system, and integration testing.
Cultivate strong business relationships, understanding diverse processes, systems, and terminology.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies, enhancing existing functionalities.
Research, recommend, and implement tools to improve IT solutions delivery and support.
Mentor junior analysts in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
3-7+ years of experience in Information Systems or a related field.
Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating integration requirements.
Knowledge of agile management software and processes within Jira or similar agile tooling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
Advanced troubleshooting and mentoring capabilities; basic project management skills preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across the team with a growth mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
