Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Biller in Towson, MD.

Duties Include:


  • Research and resolve the highest corporate level and most complex escalated customer disputes both internal and external; Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership when responding to highly escalated or high-profile customers from various sources including corporate office

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of invoices, all credit and approval requests, customer communication and the overall management of quality assurance in regards to the billing team

  • Utilize knowledge of key finance and billing operational control concepts to rapidly improve the overall customer experience, by analyzing, standardizing and streamlining business processes and internal billing controls

  • As a Senior Biller, you will serve as subject matter expert on strategic account calls and maintain ownership and drive to complete resolution in a professional and concise manner; Perform research on multi-site large-scale strategic accounts

  • Act as a team lead and subject matter expert for junior level billing representatives

  • Serve as a mentor for less experienced billing representatives







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Prior experience working in Costpoint 8.1

  • Strong Excel skills - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS

  • Outlook skills

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Effective interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail is required






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
