We are seeking sophomores and juniors majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or biosciences for a 10-Week Student Intern role to be working on a nationwide team with 4 openings in Frederick, MD for a June 2nd - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:
Process Analyst Intern Project:
Support expansion of process data analytics program in Manufacturing Science & Technology
Deliver new ways for predicting and modeling process performance for biologics manufacturing as well as provide data summarization and visualization for conveying trends to key stakeholders.
Partner with Manufacturing Sciences and Technology to develop and enhance the process monitoring and understanding of commercial products through modeling and visualization of process performance, microbial monitoring and raw material data.
Generate meaningful insights applying statistical techniques, to create predictive, machine learning and forecasting statistical models.
Data Scientist Intern Project:
Develop PowerBI (or similar) Dashboards
Enable streamlined flow thru flow thru Tulip, SharePoint or PowerAutomate
As part of a Hackathon team, develop innovative solutions to business challenge
Position Requirements:
Sophomores and juniors majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or biosciences
**Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
Tulip, Python, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerAutomate or similar experience
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa (e.g., CPT, H1-B, F-1 (OPT), TN, or other non-immigrant status). This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Frederick, MD 5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance, and local applicants will be prioritized.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
