The Company provides accounting, financial, human resources, marketing and operations solutions to the Company, its affiliated entities, investment entities and family office services clients. The Company and its affiliated entities' primary business lines include investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design and family office services.
Your new role
As the Staff Accountant you will be responsible for:
Managing all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Maintain general ledgers
Review bank and brokerage reconciliations
Review and finalize financial information between reporting systems
Work with funds and to ensure accuracy and review expense allocations
Review quarterly financial statements
Complete investor subscription documents
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
CPA or on track for CPA.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Awareness of business trends.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
