Looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for a mid-size General Contractor headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Exciting opportunity for anyone looking to join a mid-size organization who is focusing on growth and development from within!
Core Responsibilities:
Support Project Management team from bidding through close-out
Participate in project scheduling, bidding, take-offs, procurement, and other tasks as needed.
Develop, log, schedule, and review all project documentation and submittals.
Manage RFI's, submittals, change orders, permits, and other project documentation.
BIM coordination
Work with subcontractors to manage punch list items
Projects can vary from renovations, addition & renovation of historic buildings, demolition & rebuild, general interiors, and adaptive reuse multifamily.
To be successful in this role:
2-3 years' experience within a commercial general contractor or subcontractor
Hungry to learn all aspects of Project Management
Currently operating in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager position for a commercial general contractor.
Construction related degree preferred, ideally in Construction Management. Relevant experience would also be considered.
