The Technical Validation Analyst is responsible for validation of configurations and process documentation adherence across multiple products and platforms. The Technical Validation Analyst will focus onassigned products for customer (both internal and external) implementations and change requests. This role will consult with Implementation Analysts on validation of solutions and will provide support to team members by bringing forward best practices to ensure that delivery is line with our strategic and quality goals.


The role will support assigned product offerings that Implementation supports and may be called upon to validate aspects of affiliated product releases with other internal teams.


The individual in this role will interface with internal team members on technical requirements, including configuration of platforms, supporting API integrations, website design, and oversight of support tickets.


This position supports customer requested projects.



Key Responsibilities:




Validation & Testing





  • Validate software and hardware configurations, including testing, troubleshooting, automating, demoing, documenting requirements, and training with minimal supervision.


  • Conduct peer reviews of validation processes.


  • Complete various validation tasks (e.g., integration, stress, quality) for specific products/solutions, including necessary documentation and business partner approvals.


  • Thoroughly understand and validate functionality and processes against business requirements.


  • Join review sessions with product teams to address customer requests and support product transformation.





Documentation & Process Improvement





  • Document validation processes for products and platforms.


  • Maintain and create documentation for internal/external testing requirements and validation processes.


  • Identify and implement process and productivity improvements with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams.


  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure a top-tier experience for internal and external customers.


  • Follow internal processes and controls for operational efficiency.


  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures.


  • Adhere to release management guidelines.





Data Analysis & SQL





  • Perform SQL querying.


  • Investigate and analyze data.





Cross-Training & Team Support





  • Participate in cross-training to support multiple product offerings.


  • Assist in onboarding new team members and cross-training existing team members as needed.




Minimum Qualifications:


Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience


Critical Skills:




  • 4+ years' experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology


  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems







Business Experience:





  • 4+ years strategic partner collaboration experience


  • 3+ years evaluating business needs and creating solutions


  • Collaborative, customer focused skills, with proven ability to proactively create value-based solutions


  • Experience managing key relationships and strategic partnerships







Specialized Knowledge/Skills:





  • Effective communication skills: ability to connect to people at all levels and translate technical information


  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with confident, high-energy approach to business challenges


  • Able to problem solve & negotiate


  • Knowledge of products including the platforms and rules engines used to operate our solutions


  • Project management knowledge and tool management a plus





Education/Training:





  • Degree or equivalent healthcare experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$73,700 - $122,900
