Responsibilities
Responsible for order entry for orders received via phone, email, fax or from Account Consultant
Perform account setup and maintenance administration for assigned Account Consultant accounts, including account set-up via WAXIE’s Web@Work online ordering platform.
Research and resolve order flow and product backorder concerns.
Perform price management by updating contract codes to ensure orders go out with correct sell price and costs.
Assist Account Consultant with management of existing customer base and communicate regularly regarding customer pricing, problems or requests.
Serve as problem-solver and liaison for account issues for assigned Account Consultant
Liaise with Credit Department, Cost Implementation Team, Special Orders Team and Expeditor Team on all assigned divisional accounts and Strategic Accounts on national account administration.
Communicate with customers by providing and updating quotes, bids, order confirmations, proof of deliveries, etc.
Seek opportunities to up sell additional products as appropriate for each end-user.
Communicate with external and internal customers utilizing WAXIE’s Basics of Service.
Continually enhance product and service knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous WAXIE account management, sales or customer-oriented experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume and wide variety of work
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to resolve issues promptly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous A+ experience preferred.
Knowledge of WAXIE products and services preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
