Summary of Job Responsibility
The role will require you to have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes including but not limited to; molding, extrusion, injection molding, and assembly. You will also be required to work in various areas within the plant such as production, quality assurance, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining all production equipment used in the manufacture of single use products
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment used in the manufacturing process
Performs required inspections and testing of products, materials, components, and finished goods
Maintains appropriate documentation for all procedures performed
Provides assistance to other departments when needed
Ensures safe working environment by following established policies, rules, and regulations
Fills out all required paperwork completely and accurately
Meets or exceeds all departmental productivity requirements
Plans and prioritizes activities throughout the day to meet required deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in medical device industry preferred
1- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Associate, Set-up role, or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Good communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to read blueprints
Must be able to work 12 hr night shift (7pm - 7am) on a 3 on-2 off-2 on- 3 off schedule.

False eyelashes, press-on fingernails, and Jewelry is not allowed on the production floor including dermals. Any associate wearing dermals will be required to cover them while working on the production floor.
Shoes are required to be Steel Toe and non-slip for all associates while on the production floor for safety purposes.
