Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Technician, Postmarket Surveillance is responsible for the collection, execution, and communication of customer complaint and other post-market surveillance records and reports. They work collaboratively with B. Braun’s Customer Complaint Advocacy team and manufacturing site quality assurance to ensure that all complaint files and regulatory reports are thoroughly understood, investigated, and responded to in a timely fashion in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. The position has the option to be primarily remote with the ability to report into the office when required.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Responsible for the collection, execution and communication of customer complaint and other post-market surveillance records and reports.
  • Works Collaboratively with B. Braun’s Clinical & Technical Support team and manufacturing site quality assurance to ensure that all complaint files and regulatory reports are thoroughly understood, investigated and responded to in a timely fashion in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
  • Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
  • May require some limited judgement in resolving problems
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
