Responsible for Loan Operations Department lending systems administration, software support and integration, special projects, process improvement. This position will also manage ancillary lending support functions such as Quality Control, HMDA / CRA reporting, insurance tracking and general ledgers.
The pay rate for this role will be between $77,000 and $100,000 per year. The specific rate offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Support lending related software including but not limited Phoenix lending modules, Abrigo, Laser Pro, Encompass, Quest Soft, and ECM loan retention.
Oversee content within the lending systems to ensure system integrity, compliance with lending policy and regulatory requirements, and accurate reporting.
Serve as liaison between the bank and the vendor for system updates, new product knowledge, and any system maintenance issues.
Communicate system updates to department management team to ensure proper testing is executed, training is provided and/or procedures are updated, if applicable.
Represent the lending operations group and serve as the liaison with Information Technology, Business Stakeholders and inner departmental managers for special projects. Ensure lending projects are completed within required deadlines with progress communicated regularly to lending managers.
Research and execute software integrations for software optimization.
Identify methods, solutions and processes for improved efficiencies, cost savings and improved customer experience related to lending functions.
Manage departmental Quality Control, HMDA/CRA, monthly reports, general ledger balancing, and insurance tracking.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate and/or train staff related to systems and process changes/updates.
Project friendliness and professionalism in both appearance and attitude when dealing with customers in order to present a positive Riverview Bank image.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to lending personnel.
Follow all Riverview Bank policies, state and federal laws.
Complete assigned training with passing scores.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Daily contact with Chief Credit Officer and Loan Operations Manager to receive direction and interpretation on existing and new procedures.
Daily contact with co-managers and team members to ensure bank policies and strategies are executed properly.
Frequently confer with other departments providing assistance and coordination of loan projects, software assistance, and loan operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or technical school. Three or more years related experience in lending related activities with technical system skills and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS:
Must have the ability to perform system analysis related to lending systems and be able to project and respond to the needs of those utilizing the system.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in a timely manner.
