The On Call Scheduling System Administrator will be the source for on-call scheduling operations for at West Chester Hospital (WCH), The University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) Daniel Drake Center (DDC) and Ambulatory Departments. Manage and maintain the Q-Genda on call scheduling system to facilitate communications between departments to eliminate potential delays in care.Minimum Required: Associate's Degree - Healthcare or Relevant Field*. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. | LICENSE & CERTIFICATION: N/A. | Minimum Required: 2 years of experience. *2 years equivalent experience in lieu of Associate's Degree.Collaboration:
• Work in collaboration with UC's College of Medicine's department administration or other designated staff on managing appropriate information and entering into Q-Genda, and ensuring that the information is accurate, by validating that all providers listed are credentialed at UC Health.
• Coordinate with identified representatives with community provider groups to obtain, enter, and publish their call rotations into Q-Genda.
• Partner with identified representative at Cincinnati Children's Hospital to obtain, enter and publish any call schedules for the specialty divisions.
• Conducting routine maintenance and organization of the On Call database ensuring Providers are entered appropriately to allow for data export.

Database Monitoring:
• Work in tandem with the Medical Staff Office to update Q-Genda during the provider onboarding process and remove them from the rosters when they are no longer practicing at UC Health.
• Updating, adding and removing Task lines as needed.
• Add/Remove//Update any incoming or existing Providers.
• Creating new departments as requested.

Auditing:
• Perform an annual audit with the GME office to confirm that the residents listed in Q Genda are actively practicing at UC Health. At the end of the academic year, remove graduated residents to maintain an accurate database.
• Review of schedules prior to holidays to assure departments have appropriate coverage indicated.

Reporting:
• Develop and maintain a template system which would allow reporting from Q-Genda. Instructing continuous administration to administration on the proper methods of entering accurate information and monitoring the system for accuracy.

Communication:
• Assist the MSO & leadership with broadcasting surge announcements to the medical staff when high census alert has been initiated and issues have been identified.
• Liaison between UCH and QGenda.
• Partner with UCH IT for the integrations between View Cactus and Q-Genda.
• Work with MedHub to integrate with QGenda for New Residents yearly.

Education:
• Work closely with the call center to provide education which will allow for seamless communications for those on call.
• Implement any new call procedures for all subspecialities.
• Educate and train new Providers/Employees on utilizing Q-Genda Call database.

Other duties as assigned Collaboration:
