POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting our Texas / Oklahoma dealership by selling the products that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Achieve quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics. Coordinate closely and work effectively with the territory dealer and the Federal Eagle Sales Manager.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using data analysis and organized work schedules to identify prospects, set appointments, make effective field sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities. Assist with warranty and customer service after the sale.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and make presentations, answering all questions and addressing objections while effectively identifying client needs and problems.
  • Represent the company's products with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the features and benefits. Possess an understanding of competitive products and marketing to develop effective techniques at showcasing our products and after-sale service.
  • Attend networking events, trade association meetings, and expos to identify current sales targets and build relationships with future buyers.
  • Maintain Federal Eagle's high standards for ethical behavior and professionalism at all times.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED:

  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must possess outstanding time management skills.
  • Able to effectively utilize Sales Force and to prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, Sales Orders, and other required documentation.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • Ability to travel within the territory, to the corporate office, and to national trade-association events.
