Job Overview:



The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed, high-volume testing of data sources, extracting information from machine-readable files (MRFs) to ensure the end-user environment is visible and delivers accurate information to our members.



Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, test, debug, implement, maintain, and enhance new or existing systems through comprehensive reporting and documentation.


• Develop and maintain bug processes.


• Document metrics and process changes, ensuring process and workflow documentation is up-to-date.


• Participate in activities to ensure project timelines are met.


• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and priorities effectively with project sponsors and leadership.


• Act as a liaison with internal and external partners to resolve problems.


• Create and manage tickets.


• Represent the customer and/or stakeholder (internal/external) while collaborating with business and technical units.


• Maintain client mapping, content, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of related experience or a bachelor's degree. All relevant experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience, will be considered.


• Advanced collaborative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Advanced ability to communicate with all levels of management.


• Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.


• Strong decision-making abilities based on analysis and business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP, Visio, or other software programs.
