As an Oracle CPQ Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of project, program, and portfolio assignments within the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Program Management Office (PMO). You will be responsible for business case development, planning, coordination with internal and vendor teams, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex multi-application integration projects. This role requires interfacing with business sponsors to provide periodic updates and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project scope, cost estimates, resource requirements, work plans, schedules, and communication plans.
Establish and monitor program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives and resource needs.
Provide leadership and direction to the functional team to ensure project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control, risk management, and issue management.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to the work.
Coordinate work activities by scheduling staff assignments, setting work priorities, and directing the work of assigned employees, including contractual staff, in the development of new IT systems and enhancements to existing systems.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) applications, such as Oracle CPQ.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in an enterprise setting.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science.
