As a Scrum Master in this contingent resource role, you will:
Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Assist in resolving moderately complex issues and consult with team members to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
Leverage a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate effectively with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

We are currently adjusting our gearing ratio and additional headcount is needed.
