Description: The Procurement 360 Program's Business Analyst is responsible for two key areas: developing and evolving the Supplier Onboarding and Data Management Process, and using this knowledge along with other procurement insights to specify requirements for Procurement Analytics Reporting. The BPA collaborates with necessary stakeholders to ensure that the processes and analytics requirements meet user needs and reflect reality.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Supplier: Develop and refine the Supplier Onboarding and Change Process, identifying common steps and variations to provide a complete, end-to-end view.
Supplier: Align stakeholders to ensure the process reflects reality and integrates with existing Work Instructions.
Procurement Analytics: Engage users to understand their needs and create specifications to meet reporting requirements.
Procurement Analytics: Work with the Technical Development Team to explain business specifications for technical realization.
Overall: Develop training materials as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Process Design & Improvement
Creation of Standard Operating Procedures
Stakeholder Management - understanding their workflow, explaining the target state, and bridging any gaps.
Direct experience with Supplier and Procurement Data
Business Process Mapping
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools
