What You'll Do:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing treatments and interventions to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life.


• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Occupational Therapists to help residents perform daily activities.


• Document residents' progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.


• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.


• Educate residents and their families on techniques to enhance functional independence and ensure a safe environment at home.

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California.


• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.


• Strong clinical skills and the ability to effectively implement treatment plans.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
