Overview: Maintain a productive work pace and complete projects as assigned and in a productive and accurate manner. Assist with all replenishment operations to aid in creating the most accurate stocking possible to insure that products are delivered on time and in the quantity requested by our customers. Productively and safely replenish all order picking areas in a timely and as needed basis, using the replenishment report and the proper lift truck. Ensure quality and making sure the efficiency and accuracy standards are being met.
Become OSHA certified on all equipment used in replenishment
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly key production/productivity measurements
Complete daily forklift operator's checklist before operating equipment, sign out forklift equipment on log out sheet and change batteries in forklift equipment as needed.
Report any damage or needed repairs, any unsafe conditions or any accident or injury to a member of management
Run replenishment reports in Oracle Ability and replenish and stock locations accurately.
Understand all scanner functions in replenishment
Cut all boxes open in replenishment area's 30-40-50, these are flow rack area's.
Work directly with pullers on large orders
Report all bin and inventory issues to inventory control on proper form
Clean forklift at end of shift and clear forklift scanner at end of shift
Maintain quality and quantity of work processed
Aid in training and increasing performance of the Receiving team
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (GED) preferred, not required
Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel.
Works near mechanical parts
Noise level in working area is moderate
