JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the external, customer-based sales and marketing related to the Car Wash Loyalty program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Assist customers with questions and provide information related to the Car Wash Loyalty program as needed and serve as subject matter expert.Routinely visit all stores within the assigned market to interact and engage with customers, with the goal being to sell memberships. Team members are expected to visit each site on a weekly basis.Must be able to work flexible hours as needed, up to and including weekends and holidays.Must be able to work independent with little direct supervisionMust have own transportation to travel locations in assigned market (team member will be subject to a driving record review prior to start of assignment)-Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues such as RFID not working, credit card issue, wash codes, gates and anything pertaining to the pay- stations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School, preferably experience serving as a Spinx team member.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS: Effectively present information to customers, store and office personnel and receive information from the same. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Energetic, friendly and outgoing personality.

MATH ABILITIES: Ability to work with and apply math concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.

REASONING ABILITIES: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where standard responses are not available.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: Current SC Drivers License, required auto insurance, reliable means of transportation and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
