The Salesforce Product Owner will support the enterprise goals to develop Salesforce and realize untapped functionality, and build out additional enhancements in support of the organization's roadmap. What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and optimizing the product backlog to maximize the value of the product.
Defining business and functional requirements
Developing business process
Propose designs & development and maintenance of processes and tools to support internal & external customer service levels and operational KPIs are met.
Provides technical support on set up & Implementation of new customer and services engagements.
Provides timely communication and escalation issues and works resolutions.
Support implementation and drive documentation and reporting of key metrics and results
