The Pharmacy Operator III is responsible to operate the department efficiently along with assistant supervisor/supervisor. The role has the responsibility to ensure cGMP and SOP compliance with increased productivity.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for checking the accuracy of dispensing activities for all materials as per batch record. In addition, maintain the inventory and reconciliation of materials.
Perform daily pharmacy scale calibration. Ensure that all Pharmacy scales are clean and neat and within calibration date before usage.
Check, review and follow the batch records throughout dispensing and recording data with 100% accuracy.
Checks drum label, PBR entries and Material Inventory Card for correctness. Check in-coming dispensing material with work order and ensuring accuracy. Advise the supervisor of any discrepancy.
Initiate and conduct “A” cleaning for pharmacy floor scales and balances.
Records and check all raw material entries, maintain the production batch records after each batch.

Education:
High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
Vocational / Technical - Preferred
Experience:
5 years or more in With HS/GED- Experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.
6 years or more in Less than HS/GED -proven related experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment
Skills:
Required to read, write, and communicate in English. - Intermediate
High school level math and mechanical skills. - Intermediate
Flexible to work extended hours when required. - Intermediate
