Position Type: Full- Time/ Temporary

*On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. May be required to attend in person meetings as directed by Government.

Essential Functions:

• Contribute to several software-related project functions for our NAVAIR customer by supporting Agile activities; collaborate between self-organizing and cross-functional teams
• Contribute/capture business needs using a range of techniques; analyze and document complex business processes and procedures in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
• Collaborate and communicate business strategies with development teams to analyze and document processes
• Provide expertise in business process research and analysis, in conducting research/studies as required, and analyze results of the process to develop solutions
• Other duties as assigned or required

Required:

• Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities
• Solid understanding of the software development processes and procedures
• Ability to adapt quickly to support emerging customer needs/requirements
• Business proficiency in developing and presenting technical information, and presentations to non-technical audiences
• Experience using Application Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, Azure, Gitlab)
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders: sponsors, customers, end users, and trainers

Desired:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Experience supporting applications within the NAVAIR hosting environments

Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required.Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS or BA technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline) and 5 years related experience OR AS or AA degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
